João Gilberto Vaz is a seasoned international advisor with over 30 years of experience working across continents at the intersection of diplomacy, global business, and technological development.
He began his career in the early 1990s, building deep relationships with institutions, governments, and private-sector leaders throughout Europe, Latin America, and Africa. His work has focused on fostering cross-border cooperation, strategic partnerships, and large-scale international projects particularly in the aerospace and satellite sectors.
Over the years, João became widely recognized as a discreet but influential facilitator , working behind the scenes to support high-level dialogue and technological collaboration between countries and organizations.
His contribution to the advancement of aerospace cooperation earned him a place on the Wall of Honor at the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum in Washington D.C.
He also holds the world record for the most travelled air passenger, with over 2,000 boarding passes collected over decades of professional missions a testament to a lifetime dedicated to international fieldwork, global connection, and real-world diplomacy.
As the original inspiration behind Norema Group and the founder of Brazsat, João now serves as Honorary Advisor.
His legacy continues to guide the firm’s global mindset, human-centered approach, and commitment to long-term, strategic partnerships.

Luhan Vaz is an international advisor and export specialist with hands-on experience in strategic market expansion and global business development. As the founder and managing partner of Norema Group, he supports companies in navigating complex international environments and accelerating their global growth through tailored strategies and trusted partnerships.
French-Brazilian and fluent in four languages, Luhan has traveled to over 50 countries, developing a deep intercultural mindset and a sharp ability to adapt to diverse economic, political, and cultural realities. From a young age, he was immersed in international business alongside his father, João Gilberto Vaz, learning the value of trust, diplomacy, and long-term strategic thinking.
He began his entrepreneurial career in the sports industry, before evolving into international trade and strategic advisory. Today, he is recognized as an expert in emerging markets and a respected voice within international business networks, especially across the BRICS ecosystem.
Over the years, Luhan has built and nurtured a high-level global network, composed of business leaders, institutional stakeholders, and decision-makers across multiple regions. This powerful network allows him to create real opportunities for his clients and partners and to open doors that are often inaccessible.
